(1)  A site visit was undertaken by members.

(2)  Prior to consideration of this application John Hollands on behalf of the objectors and Peter Hadley the agent addressed the Committee.

(3)  Three conditions were added one regarding the protection of the nests of wild birds, the second relating to high quality tree planting and the third regarding the need for a Construction Management Plan.

(4)  An informative was added regarding the protection of bats as suggested by the County Ecologist.

(1)  A site visit was undertaken by members.

(2)  A further letter of objection had been received, reiterating and expanding upon points already listed in the report.

(3)  Prior to consideration of this application Dr Myra Newman on behalf of the objectors and Jim Bailey the agent addressed the Committee.

(4)  Two conditions were added regarding the retention of front boundary screening and the need for a Construction Management Plan.

(5)  An informative regarding porous surfacing was added.

RESOLVED that that authority be delegated to the Head of Sustainable Development to grant permission subject to no objections being received from the Environment Agency, the addition of any extra conditions suggested by the Environment Agency (if any), the addition of the two extra conditions from the Lead Local Flood Authority and receipt of the amended plan to reduce the size of the plot or to refuse the application should the Environment Agency’s final comments be an objection.
