Notes:

1)    A site visit was undertaken by members.

2)    Miss Hazell declared a personal interest being a member of Burnham Parish Council which had made representations on the application.

3)    Prior to consideration of the application John Stimpson, on behalf of objectors, and Naveed Ahmed, the applicant, addressed the meeting.

4)    9 additional items of correspondence had been received reiterating and expanding on previous points of objection.

5)    During the discussion a number of members felt that they had not received sufficient technical information to make an informed decision on the application and accordingly.

 

 

RESOLVED that a decision on the application be deferred pending submission of further technical information to a future meeting.

Proposal:

Demolition of existing buildings/outbuildings/stores and redevelopment of site to provide office building and four dwellinghouses at 36-56 London End and land to the rear of, Beaconsfield, HP9 2JH  with associated parking and landscaping. Erection of wall and gates and minor alterations to the rear of numbers 36-56, replace flat roof on number 38 with pitched roof, rebuild rear wall of number 38A with pitched roof and single storey rear extension to number 52. (Joint with application 15/02001/LBC).

Notes:

 

1.    A site visit was undertaken by members.

2.    One additional letter reiterating previous points of objection had been received

3.    Prior to consideration of the application Tom Aspinall, on behalf of objectors, and Patrick Gurner, the agent, addressed the meeting.

4.    Councillor Walters, MBE also addressed the meeting in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 22.

5.    Conditions 18 and 19 were amended and a further informative relating to landscaping added.

 

RESOLVED that the application be deferred and authority to grant planning permission be delegated to the Head of Sustainable Development subject the completion of a legal agreement between Bucks County Council and the applicant to secure a contribution towards highway works and education, such authority to include refusing the application in the event of a legal agreement not being secured.
