1.    A site visit was undertaken by members.

2.    3 further letters of objection and additional correspondence had been received in addition to a further detailed email outlining alleged inconsistency with Local Plan Policies and the NPPF, a letter from Dominic Grieve objecting to the narrowness of the access way to the development a letter from Planning Consultants/Surveyors, Kempton Carr Croft, alleging visibility splays do not  do not comply with the BCC Highways criteria and an email from BCC Highways  confirming they had no objections to the application as amended.

3.    A further condition and two further informatives were added.
