(1)   Prior to consideration of this application Mr David Raeside (on behalf of the objector) and Jenna Stalker (on behalf of the applicant) addressed the Committee

(2)   A site visit was undertaken by members.

 

RESOLVED that the application be refused on the grounds that the proposed outbuilding is of an overdevelopment and of an excessive size and will appear over dominant from neighbouring properties.  As such the proposal is contrary to Policies EP3 and H13 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (adopted March 1999)

Notes:

(2)   Cllr Reed (district ward member) addressed the Committee objecting to the application.

(3) A site visit was undertaken by members.

 

RESOLVED that the application be refused on the grounds the outbuilding is excessive in size and would leave inadequate garden, contrary to policies EP3 a, b c and f and H13 c d and f of the South Bucks Local Plan 9adopted March 1999).

 

Additional Informative: the development is unauthorised and should be demolished and all resultant materials removed from the site forthwith.
