RESOLVED that the application be delegated to the Head of Sustainable Development to determine subject to the submission and approval in writing of a satisfactory updated Production Management Plan and a satisfactory written Scheme of Archaeological Investigation. Any approval to be subject to such conditions as the Head of Sustainable Development considers appropriate or if agreement cannot be reached refused for such reasons as considered appropriate.

An Enforcement Officer meeting will be taking place on 9 June regarding re-location.

 

Gladwins Wood, Pinstone Way, Tatling End, Denham

Negotiations are on-going and progress is being made by officers.

 

Jasmine Cottage, Wood Lane, Iver

Letters have been sent to new owners regarding compliance with enforcement notice.  Awaiting a response.

 

Bellswood Farm, Bellswood Lane, Iver

Awaiting enforcement notice appeal decision

 

14 Wooburn Green Lane, Holtspur, Beaconsfield

Awaiting confirmation from Planning Inspectorate, if an appeal is being lodged.

 

Allerds Farm,

Confirmation that enforcement investigation is on-going and enforcement officers are liaising with site owners.
